👋Hello! Here is Bonian.
📖 Starting in Fall 2026, I will pursue my Ph.D. in Computing at Boise State University under the supervision of Prof. Yu Zhang. Previously, I was a Ph.D. student in Computer Science at the NJIT (2025-2026). I received my B.S. in Statistics from Hangzhou Dianzi University in 2025.
👨💻 My research focuses on computer vision, continual learning, and embodied AI. I am also broadly interested in trustworthy machine learning, including model calibration and uncertainty quantification. Beyond these areas, I remain particularly interested in neural representation methods for spatial transcriptomics. Previously, I worked with Prof. Gongbo Liang at Texas A&M University-San Antonio on medical image analysis and neural network calibration, resulting in publications at EMBC, IEEE Big Data, and ACMSE. At NJIT, I worked with Prof. Zhi Wei on spatial transcriptomics; our work was accepted to MICCAI 2026.
If you are interested in my research, please feel free to contact me. CV
